on we run
hi there fellow runners and brothers. regarding today, i'm sorry if i didn't help the situation and if i could have done more, i'm sorry i did'nt. to mr. bongard: sorry sir for not training seriously. thanks for giving me and the team another chance.
oh. and today's issue guys, let's always put our hearts in training and give it our all. if we give it our all, we'll live knowing we tried but if we don't, we could end up disappointing not only ourselves but those teamates u see training alongside with u at each training. lets stick as a team always and put aside whateve disregard we have for one another and learn to love and accept one another for who we are. we all come from varying backgrounds and assorted homes, but we are a team and we train together, hurt together, play together, work together. we haf only one more chance and that is this upcoming three months of gruelling sessions to train with one another for there will never be another team exactly like this with a Kenneth Khing like this or a Kevin Ng or even a Low Xide like this. cherish one another. we are all special and in every thing, we only have one chance. lets give it our all.
to this year's seniors: lets do our best to serve the younger ones. lets fight our hardest to retain the championship title. lets cry the loudest together as a team at the end of these three months knowing we have fought hard to leave a legacy to pass on to next year's team and the year after's team and so on. let us be an example to the younger ones and let us never fail to put God first in this team and stop doubting one another. let us have the courage to forge a team that's bonded like never before. to not step down in the face of difficulties and to help one another through those trainings. words of encouragement are like life sources. they heal, renew and vigorise. let us play our part from now till race day. it is not far away.
