pls go back and reflect
its not that i am just bored or anything.. but i am just inspired by the words put into my mind from khing, elliot, leon, and sebastian blogs.. we have practically only 29days left.. it may seem like alot of time, but the truth is it is not.. guys just think.. in just 29days, we might be all going different ways.. just think, some of us might not be continuing for the track and field season, like elliot last year.. others may just wanna sit down and concentrate hard for their o levels.. so wat u all going to do.. just work hard for another 29 days.. just 29days... all the tough competition is making us so much stronger.. together as a team.. teambondings after training may be fun.. but can u guys tell me after the x country seasons, how many times will be still be doing this? are any of u willing to give up practically half of ur time to commit to x country? treasure the days guys.. if not, like elliot, we would only be shedding tears when his leaving to australia.. but when he is in singapore, u only see him during x country.. take ur each training as a proud one, dun think of it as a burden.. everyone of us have a weak and strong point.. who knows by the time this season is over, practically half of the sec 4 are unwilling to run for track? come on guys.. lets just say i m begging u, train hard thats all i ask for.. after last year competition, its not just the victory that made me learn more about the team.. rather it is the teambonding that allow me to experience different circumstances.. trust in the team, clear all ur doubts.. cant u see everyone is trying so hard to fight with other schools? cant u even just a thick brain and learn to absorb the fact that everyone is fighting, struggling out there for those trainings? u are just 1 of those who are fighting, struggling.. but there is no 1 man show.. we fight together as a team, suffer together as a team.. cant u see? 29days, just 29 days.. treasure everything u have now.. if not regretting is too late.. trust me, i experienced it last year.. all the good days comes to an end faster than u think it will.. go back, reflect on wat i have said.. are u as hungry as last year? are u going to stop the fight after all the trainings? do u just want to have it as a 1 year wonder? since we started it, why let others end it? all of us put in the extra time and effort to make a better team.. cant u just do ur little part? no one said training was easy, but if we all stay together as a team, it would be alot more easier than u can imagine.. encourage eachother.. 1st last year-- isn that great? so wat? its over.. when u have the title others come finding for it? do u think without hard work, the title will still be retained? its not as if we cant make it.. everyone stands fair chance.. as long as u are before that line, waiting to start, think, reflect, give ur all.. no one is holding u back.. at least at the end of the day, whether u do well or not, u wun regret, cause u know that whatever is done, it is done.. the competition is just 1 day, 1 race, and taking up probably 16 17 minutes of ur life.. since u cant avoid it, why dont u use make good use of it? nothing stands in our way, dun bother about anyone or anything.. just fight as had as possible... who cares about those big guys in our school
its not necessarily the size of the dog in the fight that matters, its the size of the fight in the dog that counts..
nothing is over until you say it is
go back, think and reflect.. everyone is hungry, everyone wants more, it is just that who wants it the most? who is ready to gobble down the whole main course.. it could jolly well be the last race of ur life, the last race that u would ever run for and stop x country.. even if it is, or not, put everything at the start line and give it ur all, even when it comes to training or a competition, fight with everything u have got, is that a deal guys??

never doubt the words of a captain.. cause we will stand together, not as we, not as us, but as 1.. cause we stand for ACX-country team. and nothing is strong enough to break our bond.. WE ARE ONE, UNITED TOGETHER.. 29 more days.. just give everything
