time's running out
haix. how time flies and goes away. it was jsut the beginning and now the first quarter's coming to and end within 2 weeks. and in 3 weeks odd, the nationals will be here. i'll be running, in my 750s i purchased yesterday and trying my best to contriubte to the sch. i pray hard and sincerely that we retain our title. we;ve fought so hard and tried so much. trainings are becoming a test of survival now. it sees who wishes to finish the workout and improve himself. it sees who's willing to fight for that dream AcX has.
this is a service to remind those of the team, the top 8 and even those not in it, to train hard because regardless of whether ur in the team or not, u will be of help if u decided to train with us. u will be of help and encouragement and when the time comes, you will look back and say proudly "i was part of that team". you will be able to say "i helped by being there for the team." everyone one at AcX, i wish to say that these 3 weeks will be painful and will be difficult. but when it comes to the crunch, pls be there for your teamates. pls pull them thru every aching session, thru every painful moment, because at the end of it all, we're one team. one brethren. i pray that not only have we learnt to have a positive mindset from trainings, but we have developed a team-bonding, forgiving each and everyone for their slight errors here and there, whether they have if irritated or gotten on our nerves, forgive them.
i know each training session gets harder to attend and more temptations set in to walk off, but hold each other in our hearts and minds and continue on, putting each foot in front of the other. i find it difficult and weighing heavily and taking its tolls already and i know some of u may feel this way too, but don;t give up. its only 3 more killer trainings.
finally, some of you may be disappointed with your timings, like me, but as e kym(or however u spell his name) said to me, when i was talking to him today, don't despair. u just need to peak on that day, or that week. and then run ur best evre timing and give it ur all. that, will be good enough, surely. afterall, mr ang's training is deisgned to peak u on that day right. =D
