the start, the middle, the finnish.. its over.. the final whistle..
my dear brothers,
i just want to say that thank you for being with me through the last few months.. you guys have been brave warriors that have travelled down a path which less have dared. thank you so much for the dedication to the team. you have make me feel proud to be in acX.but alas its over.. the season this year has come to a halt. this is the best team i have worked with and i never regretted joining the x country team.the many months, the 3.18. the 400m, the fartlegs and proven once again that we are champions no matter wat others think. you guys have pushed to the limit where no one has ever done.. i thank you and salute you.
Kevin: thank you for taking the role as the captain of this team.. you have done well, no one would ever question about that.. thank you for letting me walk down this path with you.. i am truly glad that i have met u in my this life.. thank you for your all ur encouragement for me and the team.. the team and i will never forget wat u have done for us.. thank you
Xide: you are and always will be a true vice-captain to me.. thank you for suffering with me through all my long runs and training.. you were an inspiration to the team and i salute you. it was an honour to working with you and i hope that i will always be able to. dun hold urself on wat happen and always look towards the future cause there is always light at the end of the tunnel.. i will never forgot you.. thank you
kenneth khing: you were always there.. in times of need and of help.. thank you so much for encouraging me through the years of my running.. though i have only met u for a short time like only 1 year.. u have been imprinted in me and i thank you so much for answering and tolerating all my nonsense.. you are an encouagement, without you, there may be no acxc.. you have done lots for us, the team talks, the shirts. i salute you and may ur journey to wherever you go after Os be safe. and there will always be a acX team here for you.. thank you
wenloong: you have done a great deed. from a not-so-on trainner in sec 3, you have proved that nothing is impossible.. the fight you put up, the effort u put in. thank you so much.. you were an awesome fighter; thank you for the times when u lifted the team up, and giving us strength when we were down.. i salute and thank you..
kenneth seet: welcome and thank you.. ur first ever time running for x county and u made me feel proud running for acX.the times when you put up with my nonsense and u fought side by side with us, the times when you stood taller than ever, the times when u encouage the team.. thank you.. i will never forget the effort you have put in.. i salute you and thank you so much for everything you have done
tiezheng: you and i may not have make it into top 6 but at least we make it in top 8. u show me wat true courage is, i thank you for supporting and cheering for me all this while.. you have been there when needed. you have shown tremendous fighting spirit and i salute you for that.. i will never forget no matter where you decide to go after Os cause acX will always be here for you.thankyou
sebastian: ur tears may flow, but ur spirit has shown me many things.. u have shown me the true fighting spirit the determination. i thank you so much for everything u have put in for the team.. you and i still have next year to fight for.. you have make me proud knowing the effort and the dedication u put into the team. i salute you always... thank you.
to the rest that have fought side to side with me, thank you for ur time and effort.. the journey will stop, but it wun end here..
to the top 8 runners. thank you for letting me experience a whole new life.. my life will not be the same.. to those that are leaving us.. always remember that u have a team here.. no matter wat happens, we are here for you.. may our paths cross this life, the next and the following.. i salute you. all my brave brothers.. keep running, keep fighting.. we still have a chance if u just believe..
let this be a start, not a end.
let this be a gauge, not a failure..
