and so it is
we approach the very last stretch
of this six-month long journey
our story
"has not been one of a fairytale"
rather,
it has been filled with pages of
pain, turmoil and suffering even
there were the good times
the best times i've had in my life
the times i'll nvr forget
the times we spent together
what a storyline we've put together here
what a rollercoaster ride
the acxperience
is an exhilirating one
one that overrides doses of cocaine and the like
we've put our heads down
pressed past the hard times
we've outstretched our arms as well
shifted through the beautiful ones
but our story is incomplete
the climax of our story has yet to unfold
the pinnacle of our dreams
have yet to fit into the puzzle
by the grace of God
we have come thus far
arrived at where we are
stayed alive in all these trials
by the grace of God
we will stride further
arrive where we desired
and be the last men standing
pray then,
this coming day
for His undying strength
His unending perseverence
and His never-ceasing faith
and we shall fly
in 1
