boo bleargh
it's time for some major uplifting of this blog
we need an extreme make over to draw back the floods of readers...
maybe a little botox or widening of eyes or reddening of the lips. (think someone. someone i laughed at real hard.)
anyways... it's gonna be a week before nats start. wow. so exciting...
yea it is... especially for 3k runners who have their events on the first day. poor fellows
pity me... plagued with all sorts of who knows what disease and bronchitosaurus
now my legs are sparing me any pain.
from the bones to the joints. the shin to the knees... the pain overwhelms this poor soul that has been tormented from a major blood loss earlier in the day.
suffering from an estimated 5000 red blood cells lost due to a major tragic accident that occured in the bio lab.. the star runner was reduce to dust and ashes as the red fluid carrying life gushed out of his tiny finger.
torture plagued this poor boy of only fifteen. that same afternoon, his knees gave way, crumbling to bits as he fell head wards to the ground. lying helplessly as the rest whizzed past him in flashes, groaning and moaning in pain. the excruciating pain of the over worked cartilage. yelp! the trauma still fills his mind as he crawls around, unable to use his useless and spent knees. o' poor thing.
