race
hey peeps
blazing race today
blazing pace, blazing hearts, blazing sun
this entry might sound ego boosting
but it isnt k
im very modest and we all know that
today i felt good and i grabbed the chance
i stepped out of my comfort zone
and ran seet and jons pace
which everyone shld noe by now
is blazing fast
much faster than my regular nega split pace
yes it was painful
yes i wanted to give up
but i didnt
and in the end i ran my 16:17
maybe some of u may think
aiyah im slower than so and so
therefore i shld keep xx distance from him
for the sprinters in the team
yes go ahead but whack fast
for the rest of u however
come on try and step out of that regular pace
stay just behind for as far as u can go
and if u keep at it
i can gurantee u vast improvement
by nats u will keep pace with whoever that is
unless u're running with ghim
but there's not too much of a gap in our own acx
its attainable
as i ran with jon and seet today
and found that kev ran races like that with them
it struck me
we almost resemble our 04 team
very much enough to win
a solid pack of runners running side by side
spurring one another
striking fear into others
but we need more of you
willing to forgo the comfort of ur pace
to run on passion not on strength
to deny your body the slack it desires
we have two more months to go
the outcome come april is in your hands

or u can choose to let others decide
