reflections
Before reading this, take a look at jon's post below.
He's freakin having the time of his life there in aussie.
Damn funny also
Ok, i know this is very overdue but I had made it a point to write this but too much work
This post will solely be dedicated to acX and I think there isn't a better time to write this than now when you guys have just OWNED the big walk
It WAS my fault that we lost by that one point. But I think I have gotten much over it but although I will never ever forgive myself or forget that fateful day, I will always remember the acXperience that will forever be lodged in my heart.
Kaptain KevYou are the one who pulled this team through this incredible journey, you are the rock that held this team together and was always the one who made sacrifices, all for the good of the team. You were always there for me when i was down. Seeing the way you pushed yourself although you were so very tired really heartens me. I know that you weren't doing it for yourself, but you were doing it for acX. There wouldn't have been any acX without you and in my heart, you will always be THE CAPTAIN, MY CAPTAIN. You captained one of the best years on acXcountry history, and it is because of that reason that we nearly dominated. I salute EU, not EU, but you.
seXIDEYou are some crazy nigger who also held this team together. You, the vice-captain helping Kevin do stuff and always make sure that everyone is sure about trainings etc. You were always there for us, making sure that evryone comes down for trainings. The times we had at your house were just da bomb. So much bonding and acXperience happened there and it was also because of that that made us the acX today. Thank you test. And help me thank YOUR MOTHER who opened up the house for us.
KhingYou are the most knowledgeable person in acX. Anything we dont know, we go look for you. Anything shoe wise, diet wise, competition wise, anything you would know it. You're like a walking running dictionary. The way you push yourself during trainings and then help with the LAN sessions after that and help kev and xide do the admin stuff really also contributes to why acX has the strength like it has today. On the final day you even ran although you were sick for the past 2 days, and u not only broke your SB, you SMASHED it, and I was really heartened to see what you did. Not everyone would be able to do that, only a real MAN with a real heart would be able to put aside everything else and just whack for the sake of acX. Thank you.
SebOne of the most committed people i've ever seen, being the leader of the sec ones , managed them as best as you can, and even finding the strength and heart to run to school in the mornings and then do workouts in the afternoon. And if Im not wrong, you are the only person this season to even abstain from fried food, having a proper diet plan, all for the sake of acX. You were the HORSE this season, working and working non stop. And you did it not for yourself, but for acX, and for that reason, you really were one of the key factors for acX. I salute you.
VictorYou were one person who helped push us to our limits. To see you burning the track almost everyday would have spurred us on to greater heights. You are also like Seb the most hardworking individual in the team, and because of that you pushed us, and pushed us, and made us faster. And also thanks for all your corny and lame jokes that carried us through even the most down of times. You must be the SUNSHINE that brightens up the day for acX. Haha - sunshine.
ChangmingFrom then to now, you have been some ownage shit. Looking like my man is really hitting puberty and really can fly now, 800m champ. As you can see, the training for cross actually paid off. It had made you the stronger person that you are today and will be able to own track and field. You've grown alot (although not as much as me), making you so much stronger than before. And the commitment you showed through that quiet face just made us feel happy.
Last but not least, JONA biggest thank you for sacrificing so much just to come back all the way to Singapore just to run for acX. I know you had to put alot behind you just to come back to run. We definitely appreciated your return and nothing is more touching than to have you come back for acX. Even training there so that your fitness wouldnt deprove but actually, improve. When you first left for aussie, I really felt that there was something missing in the team. Maybe there was less irritation but I really felt lost. Then I realised how much impact you make on this team. You better keep running, and keep the acX name flying high in aussie. Please do not forget us and try to come back as often as possible, remeber the times we spent, happy or sad. You will always have a place in thie team, and in our hearts, although not physically but spiritually. You gave us greater hope when u could return and Im sorry we couldnt do it.
This team is my family.
The times we spent were really the best I've ever had.
I will never ever forget the acXperience.
I love you guys.
