the hunt begins
so quickly
hols are drawing to an end yet again
and so goes pre-season for us
how have you fared so far?
because it is not far before it all matters
know cross will come in the blink of a dagger
and before we know it
monster killing 3:18s will commence
at this time,
how well prepared are you?
be it the c, b or a div
we all face uphill tasks
the c div with your lack in depth and uncertainty
the b div with the absence of depth
and the a div against the victorian all stars
is it time?

when you're chasing
be it in a race
or even as we're training
every little bit counts
how you rest
what you eat
every extra stride you endure
will all matter in the end
